What happens in the Live Auction?
Get ready for high-energy bidding led by our expert auctioneer, Brent Kelley. You'll have the exciting opportunity to vie for a curated selection of high-quality items and unique experiences, with all proceeds directly benefiting the Foundation.
What payment methods are accepted for the auction/raffle?
For the Live Auction and Raffle purchases, we accept Cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards, and Mobile Payments (tap to pay).
Where do I park at River Bottoms Ranch?
Complimentary parking is available on-site at River Bottoms Ranch. Guests may use the main parking lot conveniently located directly in front of the venue's entrance.
Is my ticket purchase tax-deductible?
Yes — all donations go through The Horse of Many Colors, a registered nonprofit.
How will I receive my ticket/table confirmation?
Following your purchase, Zeffy will immediately send you a confirmation email. This email will include an option to download a QR code. Please have this QR code ready upon arrival, as it will be scanned to seamlessly check in you and your guests and provide your table assignment.
